Welcome to Remember Perfection – a blog by David cain, a life journey coach and meditation instructor. David has studied with Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. David Simon, co-founders of the Chopra Center (www.chopra.com).

The source of creation is consciousness. When we realize that our true self is pure potential, then we align with the source that manifests everything in the universe. Our access to the universe and spirit is through the self, the “I” that is real and perfect.

Research has shown that meditation contributes to reducing stress and improving health and well-being. By reducing stress, meditation has important benefits for a wide variety of health problems, and also allows the mind and body to function with maximum effectiveness.
